BCIS accessibility statement

Our commitment to accessibility

At BCIS, we are committed to ensuring that our Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – and will be aiming to achieve WCAG Level AA, providing an inclusive and user-friendly experience for all users.

Accessibility features

We commit to continually improve and iterate on the following features to support accessibility:

Continuous improvement

We understand that accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are continually working to improve the usability of our platform for all users. We regularly audit our services and collaborate with accessibility experts to maintain and enhance compliance with current standards.

We encourage anyone identifying an accessibility issue on our site to raise it to us through our feedback email address (given below). We will also be introducing a fast-feedback tool within webpages to allow page-specific feedback to be given in the future.

Third-party integrations

While we strive to ensure that all aspects of our platform are accessible, some third-party content or services integrated into our platform may not meet the same accessibility standards. We encourage third-party providers to comply with accessibility standards and work to ensure that any issues are addressed.

Feedback and contact information

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our DaaS platform. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility-related feedback within 2 business days and will make every effort to address any issues promptly.
