Quantity Surveyor / Construction Data Analyst

This is a full-time remote role for a Quantity Surveyor / Construction Data Analyst at BCIS. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about construction and data as the role involves analysing construction cost data, creating data models, and interpreting statistical information. The Data Analyst will also be responsible for communicating findings and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics
• Strong Communication skills
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Experience with cost planning, benchmarking and analysis is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
