BCIS is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of its Marketing Plan and key performance indicators including marketing influenced revenue.

Working in a small marketing team, your focus will be to help manage the marketing function for BCIS and deliver market influenced revenue and leads – the main drivers for the growth of commercial revenue. You will be responsible for both acquisition of new sales, and retention of current customers.

  • Provide timely and engaging campaigns to help BCIS achieve their financial targets
  • Develop and execute an engaging customer journey that leads to customer satisfaction and commercial success
  • Contribute to customer insight
  • Working with key stakeholders to manage, analyse and assess the impact of the campaigns produced.
  • Achieve/exceed performance targets based on influence and engagement KPIs (including leads and marketing influenced revenue)
  • Play a key role in developing and deliver marketing strategy and end to end campaigns
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure commercial revenue is met
  • Analyse and assess impact of content.
  • Graduate preferred with minimum 2 years marketing work experience.
  • Obtained or working towards a CIM/IDM qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Measurement – work to KPIs preferably, in a commercial environment.
  • Working on all core marketing disciplines including web-based content, content marketing, copywriting, print, multi-media, digital, social media, direct marketing, project and supplier management, and marketing planning to deliver engaging campaigns.
  • Email marketing – process and analyse to improve and automation.
  • Working with a Sales Team to help nurture and engage clients.
  • Developing relationships with and working alongside internal or external stakeholders, creative teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, and contractors to effectively promote sales or brand awareness through bespoke marketing campaigns.
  • Copywriting, design, and production of online materials such as brochures, presentations, emails, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
  • Segmentation – actively target audiences to provide highest response rate.
  • Support managing PPC accounts and driving ROI from PPC activity.
  • Acquisition marketing to produce leads for sales team conversion to revenue.
  • Strategy for retention marketing – improving renewal statistics and reducing attrition.
  • Good understanding of digital analytics and KPIs.
  • Writing and updating copy on BCIS websites.
  • The maintenance and upkeep of websites to enhance the user experience.
  • Representing the marketing team at promotional events.
  • Managing data selections and providing lists for activity using a CRM system.
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • Costing activity within the marketing budget.
  • Ability to provide business insights to the wider business.
  • Good communication skills.
